That's more like it

I decided I would enter the 21st century and create a blog - not that I plan on pontificating about the rights and wrongs of the world - but I didn't think it would be so complicated. Sure, it's easy to set up your blog with blogger.com but why, oh,why do eircom.net have to make everything so awkward. You would be forgiven for thinking that their business was baking cakes or brewing beer but technology? They don't get it! First of all, their site is awful. You can't find a simple answer to a basic question. And don't get me started on premium cost support lines.
